Our pieces are lovingly handmade and handprinted in small quantities so it may take up to 3 weeks to receive your clothing. We promise it will be worth the wait. Thank you for supporting slow and ethical fashion.

Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £60 within the UK.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the UK, but if you’re based internationally please email info@singleswan.co.uk and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Delivery Timeframes
- UK Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and you will be required to pay them upon receiving your parcel. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Delays & Issues
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays). If you experience any significant delays or issues with your order, please contact info@singleswan.co.uk and we will assist you promptly.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@singleswan.co.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
